PUBLICATION ETHICS

Kalyani BioAxis adheres to the highest standards of publication ethics, ensuring that all published research complies with ethical principles that safeguard academic integrity. We encourage authors to follow the ethical guidelines set by international bodies such as the International Committee of Medical Journal Editors (ICMJE) and the World Association of Medical Editors (WAME).

  1. Plagiarism
Plagiarism in any form is strictly prohibited. We employ plagiarism detection software to screen manuscripts before publication. Manuscripts found to contain plagiarized material will be rejected outright, and appropriate actions will be taken.

  2. Conflicts of Interest
All authors, reviewers, and editors are required to disclose any potential conflicts of interest related to the research or manuscript. These may include financial, personal, or professional interests that could influence the interpretation of results or decision-making process.

  3. Authorship
Only individuals who have made significant contributions to the conception, design, execution, or analysis of the research should be listed as authors. Authors are responsible for ensuring the accuracy and integrity of their work and should be able to account for all aspects of the research process.
  4. Data Integrity
All data presented in the research must be accurate and verifiable. Authors must maintain transparent records of their data, ensuring that others can replicate the research if necessary. Any discrepancies or errors in data should be corrected promptly.

  5. Human and Animal Research
Manuscripts involving human or animal studies must have prior ethical approval from the appropriate institutional review board or ethics committee. Informed consent from human participants must be obtained, and care must be taken to minimize harm to animals in accordance with ethical research standards.
